With a non-traditional background in both management and design, I started my career at a small experiential agency where I was an experience designer, account manager, project manager, and producer all wrapped up into one. As one of the first team members, while I was there I helped to expand the growing team of designers and producers, onboarding them into the experiential world and leading the design and production teams through each project. 

As I focused my career in product design, I’ve used my skills and knowledge from my previous role to easily develop relationships with other creatives, account, producers, and developers. This has allowed me to become a trusted UX voice within my current role and lead all experience designs within the agency.
